dralion will develope the young persons peception of society and their place within it, whilst challenging and exploring their individual behaviour.

eexamples of provision include;

  2. group work i.e developing awareness of the social impact of their behaviour.
  3. access to careers guidence i.e trianing education and employment.
  4. participation on courses and projects such as parenting motor project, animation and video diaries
  5. opportunities for voluntary work.
  6. links to agencies involved with work around drug abuse.

dralion is aimed primarily at working with young people aged 13 to 19 who are ex offenders at risk of offending or re-offending.

project workers offer one to one support and guidance through adolescence to adulthood providing long term continuity as required, identifying appropriate provision to meet their needs where possible

dralion aims to promote social inclusion and to adress issues of disaffection among young people by working in partnership with relevent agencies to maximise potential oppertunities to the benefitof the young person.

dralion works closely with the youth offending team in norwich attending reviews as and when required and liasing with the young persons supervising officer on a regular basis.
